I have been in my fair share of relationships, but there was one that was worth saving. When things seemingly ended I knew I wanted her back, but I had no idea how to get my ex back. I did succeed in my goal, but it took many months of doing the wrong things before I started to figure out the right things to do to get her back.

At first I was macho and arrogant about the breakup. I told her I was fine without her, and we went our separate ways for a while. We had a kid at the time, so it made things very rough on me as she took our son with her. But I was a jerk, and she just kept her distance.

Eventually things started getting civil and we moved back in with each other. But do not be fooled, we were not together. I had made some strides, but I really did not know how to get my ex back in my life for good.

Things were okay for the next few months, but we were still just friends. We were comfortable living together, but not ready to renew our relationship. I read her signals wrong and thought this was the time to move on. Of course, I made a horrible move.

The ball was still in my court as she decided she wanted me back. This was simply jealousy in action. I loved this attention, but stayed with my new girlfriend. This relationship was short lived, and when it was over I found my ex had moved on herself. This was also jealousy in action.

Then I realized what I wanted in my life, but found months of emotional struggles and therapy to finally win my prize. I learned that tears just bring more tears and that yelling just brings more yelling. When I finally got my confidence back and started to branch out I got my sign. This sign came at a critical junction as well as I had started to grow close to another girl at the same time.

This time I made the decision that I live with to this day. I figured out how to get my ex back, but it took a lot more patience than I was really willing to give it at first. If you really want to get your ex back, and find your struggles are much like mine, you really should check out The Magic of Making Up. It has helped many couples regain the love in their lives.
